THE INTEGRA TEAM
Nikki McGill LLB (Hons) MCA (Dist)
There are many strings to Nikki’s bow. Nikki has always specialised in commercial law, starting as a tax lawyer at Buddle Findlay, then spending eleven years lecturing in commercial law at Victoria University.
In between Nikki also contracted to the Takeovers Panel to provide policy advice and opinions on developments and changes in Takeovers law. She also wrote the chapter on Takeovers in Morisons Companies and Securities Law in 2009.
Nikki started what is now the Integra Law practice in 2008, practising around her three children and further developing training programmes and workshops in several commercial law topics.
Her experience in tax law and property investment gives her a far wider knowledge of business and property law than average and this is to the benefit of her many clients.
Nikki has been a trustee and chair of the board of trustees for Raumati Beach School and is presently a trustee on the Kapiti Trade Aid Board of Trustees.
A keen skier and busy mother with three grown children, Nikki often heads for the snow at the end of her busy working week.
Our artwork is by Nikki’s lovely sister, Sue Davies, who now lives in Canada. You can see more of her work on Facebook – Sue Davies – artist.
